Introduction
This purchase is governed by the following standard terms and conditions of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the Internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-Commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. The terms of this agreement are not to be construed as limiting the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and obligations for trade.
1. The agreement
The agreement consists of these sales conditions, information provided in the order solution and any specially agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties will prevail, as long as it does not contravene mandatory legislation.
The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between businesses and consumers.
2. Partene

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer / buyer.
Price
The stated price for services is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller before the purchase has not informed about, the buyer shall not bear.
4. Entering into an agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller.
However, the agreement is not binding if there have been typing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.
5. Payments
The customer can choose between prepayment via Vipps or card via the Stripe payment service.
With both payment methods, the customer will be charged immediately (prepayment), even if the execution of the service that has been run takes place later.
6. Delivery
Delivery of the service is considered to have begun on the day a project is created for the customer's assignment and delivered on the day the customer usually receives the final product an audio file. The customer contacts the booking of the studio after payment and provides the order number as a reference. Zweidorff Studio will sometimes have projects in the final phase of delivery, so in some cases it can take up to three weeks before we have the opportunity to start new projects.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer can cancel the order of service in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
The cancellation period begins to run from the day the service is ordered.
The customer must notify Zweidorff Studio of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the deadline begins to run. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day.
The cancellation deadline is considered complied with if notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline. The customer has the burden of proving that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (e-mail or letter). If hours have been accrued in connection with the project, ie that the project has started, Zweidorff Studio can demand that part of the amount not be repaid.
Zweidorff Studio is obliged to refund the purchase price to the customer without undue delay, and within 14 days from Zweidorff Studio was notified of the customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
8. Delay and non-delivery - customer rights and deadline for reporting claims
If Zweidorff Studio does not provide the service, and this is not due to the customer or circumstances on the customer's side, the customer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 5, withhold the purchase price, demand fulfillment, terminate the agreement and / or demand compensation from Zweidorff Studio.
In the event of a claim for default rights, the notification should, for evidentiary reasons, be in writing (eg e-mail).
Fulfillment
The customer can maintain the purchase and demand fulfillment from Zweidorff Studio. However, the customer can not demand fulfillment if there is an obstacle that Zweidorff Studio cannot overcome, or if fulfillment will entail such a great inconvenience or cost for Zweidorff Studio that it is in significant disproportion to the customer's interest in Zweidorff Studio fulfilling. Should the difficulties disappear within a reasonable time, the customer can still demand fulfillment.
The customer loses his right to demand fulfillment if he or she waits unreasonably long to advance the claim.
Lifting
If Zweidorff Studio does not deliver the service at the time of delivery, the customer shall encourage Zweidorff Studio to deliver within a reasonable additional time for fulfillment. If Zweidorff Studio does not deliver the service within the additional deadline, the customer can cancel the purchase.
If the service is delivered after the additional deadline set by the customer or after the delivery time that was decisive for the conclusion of the agreement, the request for cancellation must be made within a reasonable time after the customer was informed of the delivery.
Replacement
The customer can claim compensation for a small loss as a result of the delay. However, this does not apply if Zweidorff Studio proves that the delay is due to an obstacle outside Zweidorff Studio's control that could not reasonably have been taken into account at the time of the agreement, avoided, or overcome the consequences of.
9. Lack of the product - customer rights and complaint deadline
If there is a defect in the service, the customer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify Zweidorff Studio that he or she will invoke the defect. The customer has always complained in time if it happens within 2 months. from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the service has been performed.
If the service has a defect and this is not due to the customer or conditions on the customer's side, the customer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and re-delivery, demand price reduction, demand termination of the agreement and / or demand compensation from Zweidorff Studio.
Complaints to Zweidorff Studio should be made in writing.
Correction or re-delivery
The customer can choose between claiming the defect or correcting the delivery of a similar service. Zweidorff Studio may nevertheless oppose the customer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes Zweidorff Studio unreasonable costs. Correction or re-delivery must be made within a reasonable time. Zweidorff Studio is in principle not entitled to make more than two remedial attempts for the same defect.
Lifting
If the service has not been rectified or re-delivered, the customer can also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.
10. Zweidorff Studio's rights in the event of the customer's default
If the customer does not pay or fulfill the other obligations under the agreement or the law, and this is not due to Zweidorff Studio or conditions on Zweidorff Studio's side, Zweidorff Studio may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchases Act, Chapter 9, demand the termination of the agreement. Zweidorff Studio may also, depending on the circumstances, charge interest in the event of late payment and collection fee.
Lifting
Zweidorff Studio may terminate the agreement if there is a material default or other material default on the part of the customer. However, Zweidorff Studio can not withdraw if the full purchase price has been paid. If Zweidorff Studio sets a reasonable additional deadline for fulfillment and the customer does not pay within this deadline, Zweidorff Studio can cancel the purchase.
Interest on late payment / collection fee
If the customer does not pay the purchase price in accordance with the agreement, Zweidorff Studio can demand interest on the purchase price in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act. In the event of non-payment, the claim can, after prior notice, be sent to the customer can then be held liable for fees under the Debt Collection Act.
11. Personal information
The person responsible for processing collected personal data is Zweidorff Studio. Unless the customer agrees to something else, Zweidorff Studio may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal information necessary for Zweidorff Studio to be able to fulfill its obligations under the agreement.
12. Conflict resolution
Complaints are addressed to Zweidorff Studio within a reasonable time, cf. items 8 and 9. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the customer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
