This is an excerpt from what we have been doing lately:
* Recorded demo for a band. This includes help with the production of the songs etc. For this band we have recorded drums, bass and guitar at the same time, and since added vocals. The band wants to take their demo on to various players in the market, and they also spend money on proper CD cover, design and printing abroad.
* Had contact with several talented songwriters who want to take their songs a step further and also need advice on what to do with them. We arrange a short meeting in the studio where we listen to the song together, feel free to record simple vocals and work further based on this.
* Helped artists who have made their own comp to record vocals and, given advice on effective changes to improve the songs.
* Recorded several songs for a band that wants to bet internationally. Here we have spent time recording each instrument, and everyone in the band together with our producer has contributed to further developing the songs.
* Recorded cover songs for two thirteen-year-olds who thrived in the studio ("This is the most fun we've experienced so far in life").
* Worked with a young and really good country artist from the Bergen area.
* Recorded a retro song from the 60's for a very cool and distinctive young artist.
We have had a lot of fun, and look forward to the continuation. Going forward, we have a number of bookings, so we look forward to getting in touch with new artists and to continue working with those we have worked with so far in 2010.
